Fishing rates:
Full-day Fishing- Daily fee of a $100.00/person/day/ including boat, padded swivel seats, motor, battery, safety cushions and paddle. (Lodging not included.)
Half-day Fishing- (5 hours morning or afternoon) $65/person/day including boat, padded swivel seats, motor, battery, safety cushions and paddle. (Lodging not included.)
Season Discount Rates
Prepayment of $3,000- 30% discount of full day fishing fee
Prepayment of $2,000- 20% discount of full day fishing fee
Prepayment of $1,000- 10% discount of full day fishing fee
Turkey Hunting:
Our hunts are priced at a basic price of $400 for a two day hunt, $525 for a three day hunt, and $600 for a four day hunt and they are semi-guided hunts. These prices include lodging. We have four separate lodging units that can accommodate from 6 to 12 people each, depending on which unit is available. All units are equipped with full cooking facilities and outfitted with a full compliment of utensils, bedding, linens, and satellite T.V. Meals can be provided for $50 per day per person. Guides are $100 per session and a kill fee of $100 per bird. We are currently adding another lodging unit that will house 15-20 people. We are also constructing a 10,000 square foot building that will be used for corporate and private outings. This facility contains a commercial kitchen, pro shop, and game room.
Whitetail Hunting:
First hunt- $3,000 flat fee with a $1,000 deposit at time of booking and balance of $2,000 due upon arrival. No Trophy fee or kill fee. Includes meals and lodging.
Second hunt- $2,700 flat fee with $1,000 deposit at time of booking and balance of $1,700 due upon arrival. No Trophy fee or kill fee. Includes meals and lodging.
Black Powder hunt- $2,400 flat fee with $1,000 deposit at time of booking and balance of $1,400 upon arrival. No Trophy fee or kill fee. Includes meals and lodging.
Bow hunting- $150 a day minimum of 4 days. $1,000 kill fee for a 149 class buck or under, $1,500 kill fee for a 149 class buck or up. Includes lodging.
Waterfowl hunting:
Pricing: $100.00 per day you provide your own decoys and layout boat or blind.
